Sunday on the Square was a beautiful street arts festival created by The Arts Council in 1973. The beautiful festival took place in the Market Square that sits in the center of the majestic Downtown Fayetteville and included local artists, performers, vendors, and delicious food. Sadly, we lost this beautiful gathering in the 1990s.
Fortunately, Rakeem “Keem” Jones and Cora’s Community Foundation are recreating the same atmosphere on Sunday, July 24, 2022 from 12PM until 7PM. This day is dedicated to fellowship among citizens, enjoying local art and entertainment, and supporting the local economy. This is not possible without the entire community coming together as one. That is why valued members of the community like you have received this invitation to be a part of this momentous occasion. Your contribution goes to help ensure this event is remarkable for the entire community.
